Changes: Broken Flag Bug

The Broken Flag Bug is a Bug which breaks Custom Flags. They show up as smaller flags in a grid, over a black background. Loading new Flags will cause them to show in the Grid. It was introduced in the 1.4 update, and is fixed in the 1.4.1 update.
